"In 2019 Power to Change commissioned Luke to support our workforce with thinking about their career development as we had planned to close down in 2021. 3 years later and Power to Change has embarked on a new strategy and Luke now plays a significant role in our learning and development offer to staff.

Luke designed, developed and delivered a programme of support to 40+ staff that encouraged, supported and challenged them to identify career development goals. He then supported staff to achieve these goals through regular coaching sessions. 


Luke's expertise and coaching style was particularly valuable to the organisation during the pandemic and a period of change and reorganisation. He ensured staff felt listened to and supported and was a critical friend to them, and to me during this time.
