WindGather was set-up with the purpose of making coaching and organisational development available to all, regardless of resources and income. My ethos is that development work and support should not just be for those that can afford it. Each month, I put aside a percentage of my time to do pro-bono and reduced rate work. Please get in touch if you are in need of support but have concerns around affordability.
